F-35A Training Basing Environmental Impact Statement
The Air Force identified a discrepancy in the Draft EIS and Executive Summary released on January 20, 2012. The discrepancy is related to Table LU 3.2-2 and corresponding tables in the Boise, Holloman, and Tucson sections of the Draft EIS. It is related to the typical engine power settings of the F-35A when the aircraft is maneuvering near the airfield. The errata document provided below details the identified discrepancy, typographical errors in the same tables, and related corrections. The errata document reflects the noise values used in the development of the noise contours and analysis of the other noise effects contained within the Draft EIS.
In addition to the errata document, the Draft EIS and Executive Summary available below have been updated per the corrections detailed in the errata document. The corrections are noted in the Draft EIS and Executive Summary as underlined text. The noise contours, population/acreage figures, and other data in the Draft EIS are not affected by the typographical error and remain as originally published.
