The Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP) began with the publication of the Notice of Intent for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) in the Federal Register on December 28, 2009. The EIAP and the completion of the EIS will continue into the summer of 2012. As milestones are reached (see tentative dates below) additional information will be posted to this website.
